Paul has held positions across private, corporate, and investment banks in both London and Geneva. A former junior international water polo player for Great Britain, Paul now channels his competitive spirit into strategic board games and Muay Thai.

Juulia is a marketing and communications professional with a strong international background and deep experience in the Finnish VC ecosystem. She has previously served as Head of Communications at the Finnish Venture Capital Association. Juulia holds a double Master's in Business and Italian language from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. Outside of work, she finds joy in gardening, foraging for mushrooms, and bringing people together over home-cooked meals.

Mikael has strong experience in transactions and financial advisory. Mikael spent five years at EY-Parthenon in Helsinki as part of the Strategy and Transactions team, focusing on financial due diligence. His work has spanned multiple sectors, with a focus on TMT and private equity, supporting clients across a range of buy- and sell-side transactions and building expertise in financial oversight, reporting, and deal execution.

Emma holds a Master's in Finance from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, where she built a strong foundation in financial analysis and investment theory. She has prior experience in asset management, as well as early-stage startup experience.

Karin is an impact entrepreneur and founder of WhistleB, a whistleblowing SaaS solution used in 150 countries. She also established TripleB, an ESG advisory firm, and serves as Vice President at Respect Sustainable Business. Previously, she enhanced digital solutions at Satama Interactive. Karin authored two books, "Sustainable Profit" and a whistleblowing handbook. She enjoys reading and traveling and her spirit animal is a seal.

Manuel is an experienced tech founder and investor with a love for the planet. He is currently focusing on the portfolio company Zeromission. Recently, he led the growth of EcoG, a major IoT platform for EV charging in Europe, and has founded four successful ventures. His entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 14. In his next life he wants to be a sea otter. Until then, he collects good karma points as a vegan doing yoga.

Mark brings deep experience in the Irish startup and investment ecosystem, with his current role focusing on connecting Irish startups with high-net-worth Business Angels. Over the last two years he has helped raise over €30M for 100+ early-stage companies. Previously, Mark led Microsoft's startup engagement in Ireland, where he worked with 350+ founders and helped Irish fintech's scale into the United States while he worked for Enterprise Ireland.
